Cubist Coffee works with some of the most creative roasters in the UK and Ireland. We are committed to continually discovering new roasters who share our passion for speciality coffee. We only work with roasters who believe in sustainability and ethical trading.

What is Cubist Coffee?

When you subscribe online you receive a monthly box which includes 4 x 60g packets of different specialty coffee and their individual tasting notes. Each coffee is stripped of its branding and boxed in minimalist packaging to ensure you are not influenced by overpowering and heavily marketed packaging. Cubist Coffee calls this a blind tasting. It is this blind tasting that makes our product unique. Every monthly subscription box contains a flavouring scoring card. This allows you to score each coffee on the flavour profile you taste. The idea behind this is that you become engaged with the product and develop your palate. Following this you can use the individually coded lot number attached to each coffee to reveal who the roaster is, via the collection page.

So what exactly do I get in the delivery box each month?

Each month you will get a package containing a 4 x 60g bag of speciality roasted coffee chosen from only UK and Ireland roasters. This also will contain tasting notes in which will end the guessing game for you and reveal some details about each coffee.

Where do you get your coffee?

We source the beans from speciality coffee roasters thought out the UK and Ireland who import these beans from around the world. Cubist coffee is working with suppliers who believe in the same practices of sustainable and ethics.

How fresh will my coffee be?

Very fresh, this important to us. We typically ship your coffee within the week after we receive the roasted batch. We grind your coffee specifically for you to ensure your deliveries are as fresh as possible. On average, your coffee will be about 7-14 days off roast by the time it arrives on your doorstep.

Can you grind my beans for me?

Of course we can, we are happy to freshly grind your coffee for you depending on the brew method you use. You can select a grind during the checkout process.

When will my box be sent?

Cubist Coffee uses the ‘pre-order’ concept in our process. We collect payments up until the 1st week of the month. Grinding and packing starts from the second week until the third of the month. Shipment are then at the end of the month.

Will you tell me what is coming in my box?

Each box is a surprise, and that is a big part of the Cubist Coffee experience. During the month we will reveal a few sneak peek products that could be in your box so check us out on social media. We are continually scouring new coffee to bring you the roasters out there.

I love this sample, where can I buy it?

You can buy full-size versions of all the sampled coffee directly through the Cubist Coffee website. There is a code on each sample package which you can type into the search bar from there will pop up the supplied coffee along with a direct link to buy their product. Larger quantities can be directly ordered and delivered from the supplier. Remember some coffee is limited therefore can sell out quick so please make sure to buy larger amounts of coffee as soon as possible so there is no disappointment caused.

I just wanted one Cubist Coffee box - why have I been charged again?

Cubist Coffee is an ongoing subscription service, much like a magazine subscription. As such, we do not have the option of purchasing just one box – when you sign up as a Cubist Coffee member, you agree to the setup of a recurring payment profile, which is set to deduct future membership fees each month . This will continue unless you decide to cancel. You can cancel at any time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, unless stated specific terms and conditions attached to a special offer. To cancel your Cubist Coffee subscription, please send a cancellation request through your account and our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you on your cancellation request

1. Login to cubistcoffee.com > Enter username and password
2. Click on Subscription > Settings icon > Request Cancellation

Please know you must submit your cancellation request 2 days prior to your billing date.

Annual memberships may only be cancelled at the termination of the membership period and not during the term of the membership.

Gift Subscription

I just bought a gift but there was nowhere to put in my friends address, how do I make sure it gets to her?

When purchasing a gift subscription you will only need to enter your friend’s email address and his/her name (since they are the receiver). Once your gift subscription order has gone through, an email will be sent to the receiver with a unique code. Your friend will need to redeem and activate the account to receive the box. Along with the gift membership activation process your friend will need to complete their own profile and enter their own shipping address.

When will my friend receive his/her gift?

We will send your friend an email with a unique code to set up her own account. Your friend will need to activate her account, update his/her profile and enter his/her shipping address to receive the box.
